Phil B. Welcome graduated from Tyler School of Art, Temple University. He started his own business fueled by his illustration and graphic design skills and later began working in collage art. His collage work is based on themes and concepts that are transitory, mystical and ephemeral in the human experience. His work is a combination of his own photographs and found objects  alongside acrylic, gouache painting, and drawing.
